• Age Requirements: We cannot accommodate children under 7. Per VicRoads regulations, kids this age require specific child restraints which our minibuses aren’t equipped with. Please note that passengers arriving with children under 7 will be refused boarding without a refund.

• What to Wear: We head out in all weather conditions, so please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day!

• Vehicle & Luggage Info: We use comfortable 12-seater minibuses (Toyota Hiace or similar). Because these are boutique vehicles, there is no room for luggage, strollers, or scooters on board. If your group needs extra space or a larger coach, just send us a message in advance to discuss options.

• Traveling in a Group? If you’re traveling with friends who booked separately, let us know at least 24 hours before departure. We often run multiple buses and want to make sure we keep your crew together!

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
